This Spring season sees an array of key outerwear shapes that will, most definitely, protect the wearer from the elements once April’s showers arrive. Sick of denim, corduroy and chinos? Try graphic plaid trousers for a sartorial take on men’s fashion. In fine wool weaves and constructed cottons – tailored and cut super slim – graphic plaids – or more muted designs – are country inspired or vaguely 60′s Mod in origin and will, most certainly, fit in well with the mood of the season.

With ‘heritage’ classics and ‘vintage’ inspiration important – the classic ‘duffle’ coat makes a grand return. And it looks fabulous updated for today. In course woven tweeds and felted or boiled wools, in luxurious double faced cashmeres, in humble meltons and in modern technical weaves – the ‘classic’ duffle coat – in shape and style remains pretty well the same as when it was first introduced!
