Chinos Return – And They Look Really Good!

We have been predicting the return of chinos for sometime now – and expect this Spring 2010 to see increased sales. Having done everything possible to denim jeans – clean cut chinos – present an alternative that is, on one hand – practical and versatile – and on the other – fashion right. In new slim cuts, lower rises, soft hand cotton qualities, a range of grays plus ‘all important’ neutrals, washed finishes – and vintage inspired details – the chino – will be deemed a ‘new’ essential – all over again!

I am not sure that I totally agree… However, you do make some great points. What if I will make a post in opposition to your assertions.

Only time will tell, I guess – but having studied the market over the years – I feel strongly that the time is right for a return to chinos – as a fashion staple. One only needs to look to the past Spring International Designer Collections for confirmation – as well as the streets of New York! Please feel free to make any comments – positive or negative.
