They say that ‘retail is detail’ yet – I find more and more – that detail in the design of a garment is just as important! Take elbow patches for example. This trend adds a vintage element to woven shirts, sweats, sweater knits and outerwear – but also adds value – key to the success of the season. Added value is created through added detail – and the results couldn’t be more effective as the examples shown here.
