With hosiery uptrending, it makes sense that we see a renewed interest in skirts – particularly – mini skirts! One skirt, all of a sudden, appearing all over the fashion floor is the pleated ‘schoolgirl’ skirt – or kilt! In plaids, solids and even sweater knits, the ‘schoolgirl’ skirt plays on a trend to all things naughty but nice!
