New ‘Shop in Shop’ Concepts Launch at Bloomingdale’s

Bloomingdale’s is consistently on the move when talking ‘shop in shop’ concepts. In less that a couple of weeks the Men’s, New View and Contemporary fashion floors have seen major changes. The launch of new concepts is always a telling sign of who is doing well – and who is not! On the Men’s floor we see the addition of Billy Reid and his sartorial take on fashion, while on the Women’s Contemporary floor – Joie expands – and Quotation (Bloomingdale’s take on Anthropologie) takes over the floor space from 7 for all Mankind (moved back into the jeans department with no special treatment!). But it is the New View floor that shows you who the major players are. Eileen Fisher quietly takes over major floor space, Elie Tahari looses some – and Burberry makes a powerful impact with two very distinct areas – across the aisle from each other!
